We stay at the forefront by offering technological tools to all our policyholders, so we are pleased to inform you about the launch of our Dentegra Mobile App.

1. My Policy
   • Check your policy number, contracted plan, annual limit, insured's guide (downloadable PDF), network type (Open or closed).
   • Check your electronic credential and your policy certificate*.
   • The policyholder can review the conditions of their dental insurance and those of their beneficiaries (if applicable).

2. Network Dentist and Optical Finder
   • Search by: Address, geographic location, specialty, office, dental clinic, or optical clinic.
   • Get to know the name, address, specialties, and office hours of all our providers.
3. Dental Appointment Coordination
   • Provide three dates and times for more availability options.
   • Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section.
   • Check your upcoming appointments, date, time, and address with the option to contact the provider in case of any questions.
   • The policyholder can coordinate appointments for their beneficiaries.
4. Favorites
   • Save your provider as a favorite and keep their information handy.
5. Assistance
   • We assist you at all times; you can send an email or call our Dentegra Contact Center.
6. Notification
   • Receive reminders one day prior to your appointment so that you attend.
   • Know relevant information according to your contracted policy.
   • Evaluate our service through surveys.
